Podmínky návštěvního provozu na památkových objektech Národního památkového ústavu v době šíření Covid-19

V souvislosti s opatřeními proti šíření koronaviru platí pro návštěvníky areálů památek další zpřísněné pokyny nad rámec obecně vydaných návštěvních řádů. Při nedodržení pokynů pro návštěvníky nebude návštěvník do areálu vpuštěn nebo může být z areálu bez náhrady vykázán, a to i přes to, že má uhrazené vstupné.

Zakazuje se vstup osob podléhajících karanténě nebo osob se zdravotními potížemi odpovídajícími virové infekci (horečka, kašel, dušnost, bolest svalů aj.) do areálů památkových objektů včetně parků a zahrad.
Návštěvník je povinen vstupovat do areálu výhradně se zakrytými dýchacími cestami (rouška, respirátor, šála, štít na obličej apod.) a mít je zakryté po celou dobu pobytu ve vnitřních prostotech areálu památkového objektu (zámek, prodejna suvenýrů apod.) v souladu s vládními opatřeními proti šíření koronaviru.
Návštěvník bez zakrytí dýchacích cest nebude vpuštěn na prohlídku s průvodcem a to vrácení vstupného i přesto, že bude mít platnou vstupenku. V takovém případě nemá návštěvník nárok na vrácení vstupného.
Návštěvník, který v souladu s pokyny vlády nemusí ze zdravotních důvodů nosit roušku, je povinen tuto skutečnost prokázat písemným potvrzením.
Návštěvník je povinen dodržovat rozestupy v délce 2 m, vyjma osob sdílejících společnou domácnost.
Zakazuje se shlukování osob, a to jak v parcích a zahradách, nádvořích a dalších venkovních i vnitřních prostorech, tak především v místech před toaletami, na pokladnách, před výdejními okénky občerstvení, před výdejními automaty a v místech prodeje upomínkových předmětů. Návštěvníci musí udržovat odstup minimálně 2 m. Konzumace občerstvení je možná minimálně 10 m od výdejního okénka.
Návštěvník je povinen před vstupem do míst prodeje (pokladny, návštěvnická centra apod.) a WC použít desinfekci rukou.
Je upřednostňován bezhotovostní prodej (on-line prodej nebo platba pomocí platebního terminálu).
Návštěvník je povinen dodržovat další pokyny zaměstnanců NPÚ, v opačném případě může být vykázán z areálu zaměstnancem správy památkového objektu.

Conditions for visiting historical monuments under the care of the National Heritage Institute during the COVID-19 pandemic

Stricter rules than usual for visiting the premises of historical monuments have been put into effect as precautions against the spread of coronavirus. If a visitor refuses to comply with these rules, he or she will be required to leave the premises or can be refused entry altogether, without a refund, even if he or she has paid the entry price.

Persons subject to quarantine or those suffering from health problems indicating a viral infection (fever, cough, shortness of breath, muscle aches, etc.) may be refused entry to the premises of a historical monument, including parks and gardens.
In accordance with government measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus, visitors are required to cover their mouths and noses with a face covering (surgical mask, respirator, scarf, face shield, or the like) upon entering the premises of a historical monument (garden, park, castle, palace, etc.) and keep them covered for the entire duration of their stay.
Visitors without a face covering will not be allowed to take guided tours, regardless of whether or not they have a valid ticket. In such cases, the visitor will not have any right to a return of the price of entry.
Visitors who, pursuant to government rules and for valid health reasons, are not required to wear a face covering will be required to provide written evidence of that fact.
Visitors are required to maintain a distance of no less than two metres between themselves, with the exception of persons sharing a common household.
Even in parks, gardens, courtyards and other outside and inside areas, visitors are forbidden to gather in groups, especially in areas in front of toilets, ticket offices, windows of refreshment stands, vending machines, and souvenir sales areas. Visitors must maintain a distance of at least two metres between themselves. Refreshments must be consumed at least ten metres away from the serving window of a refreshment stand.
Visitors are required to disinfect their hands before entering sales areas (ticket offices, visitor centres, and the like) and before and after using toilets.
Cashless payment methods (on-line sales or payment through a credit card terminal) are preferred.
Visitors are required to respect all other requests by employees of the National Heritage Institute. Failing that, they can be forbidden to enter or remain on the premises by administrative employees of the historical monument.
